The AeroGain Aero Cockpit is a one-piece, 3D-printed system designed to improve aerodynamics, stability, and fit precision — all at once. Each cockpit is tailored to your position, allowing you to ride lower, narrower, and more stable without compromising comfort.
Why it’s faster
Unlike separate armrests, the integrated design closes the gap between your arms and creates a smoother frontal shape. This improves airflow around the forearms and reduces drag, particularly at real-world yaw angles.
Internal testing shows aerodynamic savings of approximately 7–11 watts at 45 km/h compared to the previous generation.
Built around your position
Each cockpit is customized in:
- Armpad width
- Reach
- Cup length
This allows you to achieve your most aerodynamic position while maintaining long-course stability. No fixed sizes — the cockpit adapts to how you ride.
One-piece stability
The continuous structure supports the forearms across the entire contact area, reducing pressure points and unwanted movement. The result is a more stable front end, especially under fatigue.
Easy integration
The cockpit mounts using standard 22.2 mm extension clamps, working with most setups.
