What you get
Four hours on the track, and the numbers to race with
Before the test
A test plan made for you
You fill in a short setup form: your race setup, what you can adjust, sponsor limits and what you want to test. We turn it into your test plan before the day.
On the track
Around 15 setups
Ballerup Super Arena, four hours. You ride at race speed; we change one thing at a time and measure each change. How many setups depends on how long each change takes.
Measured
Drag is the one thing left to change
We measure air density and your weight and hold rolling resistance constant, so CdA is the only thing that varies. Small differences are repeated, so noise is never mistaken for a gain.
After
Your report
The gain from your first to your best setup in watts and minutes, where you stand against the riders we have tested, and what to race with.
The report
A look inside a report
A sample report from a session in Ballerup. Yours shows your setups, your numbers and your race distance.
What you can test
Position first, then the kit
Your body is the largest part of the drag, so we usually start with the position. Tell us in the form what you want tested; we bring some equipment for you to try.

- HelmetsYours against the helmets we bring.
- Race suits and calf sleevesYour race suit against alternatives.
- Aerobar extensionsExtension shape and height, and where your hands go.
- HydrationBottles between the arms, on the frame and behind the saddle, including our own BTA and BTS.
- Your own kitWhat you are thinking of buying or racing with: suits, helmets.
