Three numbers, taken from your position and your arm. The cockpit is then made to them — not to the nearest available size, and not to anybody else’s.

Outer edge of the left cup to the outer edge of the right cup. This is the outside width — pad width is usually quoted centre to centre elsewhere, so measure yours the same way.

Your width is your fastest width

The quickest position is the narrowest one you can hold for the whole distance — and that number is yours, not a step on a chart. Built to it exactly, you ride the position you tested, with nothing rounded off in either direction.

The cup ends where your forearm does

Made to your forearm length, the shell carries the arm along its whole length rather than stopping short of it. That is what lets you brace instead of balance, and it is why the position still feels like yours in hour four.

Yours, and still adjustable

A made-to-measure part usually locks you into the day it was ordered. This one keeps 70 mm of reach and 15–30° of angle live after the build, set on the bike. Your fit can move; the cockpit moves with it.

Returns on a made-to-measure part. The standard Aero Cockpit carries a 30-day return. A PRO is built to your numbers and cannot be resold, so returns are handled case by case — talk to us before you order if that matters.

Mide la anchura de los reposabrazos que llevas ahora, de borde exterior a borde exterior, y busca luego la anchura más estrecha en la que todavía puedas esconder los hombros detrás y aguantar toda la distancia de carrera. Envíanos las tres medidas y las repasamos contigo antes de fabricar nada.

El ajuste, y lo que el ajuste te permite hacer. Tu anchura más rápida es la más estrecha en la que puedes mantenerte de verdad — fabricada exactamente a esa medida, es la anchura que ruedas y no la más parecida de las disponibles. Hecho a la longitud del antebrazo, el reposabrazos sostiene el brazo en toda su longitud en lugar de quedarse corto, y eso es lo que te permite apoyarte en vez de hacer equilibrios en la parte final de la carrera. El perfil aerodinámico es el mismo que ponemos en todos los cockpits: no nos guardamos nada.

Argon 18 E-series, Cervélo P5 / P5X / P3X, Shiv Disc Tri y Quintana Roo PRSix usan el anclaje integrado de la bici, así que no hacen falta elevadores angulados: 1.249,90 € en lugar de 1.399,90 €. Tu cuadro determina el anclaje y el precio.

Sí. Los 70 mm de reach hacia delante y hacia atrás, y los 15–30° de ángulo, se siguen ajustando con el cockpit montado en la bici, así que cambiar de posición en invierno no significa cambiar de cockpit. La anchura es lo único que queda fijado en fabricación — y por eso conviene medirla bien.
